Hash text and files with MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256 and more - nothing leaves your browser
| Algorithm | Hash |

A hash converts text or a file into a fixed-length string of characters - a unique fingerprint that changes completely when even a single byte differs. Different algorithms (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512) offer different trade-offs between speed and collision resistance. All computation happens locally in your browser - no data is ever sent to a server.
We believe in financial privacy and censorship-resistant tools. Monero (XMR) is our preferred donation method: fully private, fungible, no middlemen, no platform that can cut you off or harvest your data. Try not to use Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, GoFundMe or similar services. Those platforms may surveil donors, do take a cut, and are only one policy change away from locking access. Monero is the only viable peer-to-peer electronic cash solution, that protects sender and beneficator but if you prefer Bitcoin or Lightning, Trocador converts it to XMR on arrival. Privacy first, second and always.
