View, strip or edit image metadata - nothing leaves your browser
No EXIF data found in this image.
Edit mode rewrites EXIF fields only. XMP metadata is not modified. Use Strip mode to remove all metadata including XMP.
EXIF is metadata embedded in JPEG and WebP images by cameras and phones - it can include GPS coordinates, timestamps, the device model and more. WebP files can also carry XMP, a separate XML-based metadata format. Sharing an unedited photo can reveal where you were and what you used to take it. This tool reads, strips or edits that data entirely in your browser - nothing is ever uploaded.
We believe in financial privacy and censorship-resistant tools. Monero (XMR) is our preferred donation method: fully private, fungible, no middlemen, no platform that can cut you off or harvest your data. Try not to use Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, GoFundMe or similar services. Those platforms may surveil donors, do take a cut, and are only one policy change away from locking access. Monero is the only viable peer-to-peer electronic cash solution, that protects sender and beneficator but if you prefer Bitcoin or Lightning, Trocador converts it to XMR on arrival. Privacy first, second and always.
